Kaiser Healthcare Compliance LLC provides business consulting services to healthcare clients in need of compliance support to mitigate risk and help them ensure that their operations conform with the requirements imposed by laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute (“AKS”), Stark Self-Referral Law (“Stark Law”), False Claims Act (“FCA”), Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (“FDCA”), Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (“EKRA”) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). We also offer assistance in designing corporate compliance programs and business codes of conduct, monitoring business practices for compliance, conducting internal investigations arising from fraud and corruption allegations, and supporting clients in connection with health care regulatory investigations and inquiries.
Our Healthcare Compliance Consulting services are guided by Geoffrey R. Kaiser and his decades of experience in fraud and abuse investigations as a federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice and as a professional healthcare consultant. Mr. Kaiser has authored many articles on compliance and health care fraud and abuse and has frequently appeared as a subject matter expert on these topics.
Prior to starting Kaiser Healthcare Compliance LLC, Mr. Kaiser served for nearly ten years with the United States Department of Justice in the Criminal Divisions of the United States Attorney’s Offices for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, two elite prosecuting offices within the Justice Department.

Mr. Kaiser also exercised oversight responsibilities within the Public Integrity Section and over all healthcare fraud cases within the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Kaiser directed and advised federal law enforcement agents from numerous agencies, including but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Food and Drug Administration, United States Postal Inspection Service and the Department of Health and Human Services. Mr. Kaiser received numerous recognitions and honors for his efforts.
Mr. Kaiser also served as a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting, formerly an international publicly-held consulting firm, in that firm’s Healthcare Disputes, Compliance and Investigations group. While there, Mr. Kaiser provided healthcare consulting and monitoring services to the firm’s clients.
After graduating law school, Mr. Kaiser served for two years as law clerk to The Honorable Fritz W. Alexander II (Late), who sat on New York’s highest court as an Associate Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals.
Mr. Kaiser holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from the University of Virginia, where he also graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
